GENERAL HOTEL INFORMATION
The room cleaning service is daily from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Each day your room will be cleaned at a different time within these hours. If you need anything at any time such as towels, toilet paper, etc. please go to the reception.
We inform you that our Spa facilities will remain closed to the public during the winter season.
You have free Wi-Fi connection on the Ground Floor (Reception Area). Connection name: WIFI FREE.
The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms has a cost of 10 euros per week, in case you would like such a connection please contact the reception.
The safe that you will find in the room is for rent and the cost of it is 3 euros per day + 10 euros deposit. In addition, it must be contracted at Reception.
Picnics must be ordered at reception before 8:00 p.m. the day before. Remember that the day you leave the room, it must be vacated before 12 noon.

* Our Front Desk team can give you information about buses and transportation to Santa Eulalia, Ibiza City, Las Dalias Hippy Market and Es Canar Hippy Market.
* Our Front Desk team will also help you with car rental, money exchange and money cashier information.
* In case that you need medical service, please contact reception. We are available 24/7.
* For any other information, please do not hesitate to contact the reception staff by dialing 9 on your room's phone. As we have just mentioned, we have a 24h reception service.
